If it is a systems problem we will diagnose remotely and repair the fault where possible. If a site visit is then required we will escalate this to our service team and visit site.

IT Support Services - Hardware Repairs


If there is a hardware fault we will attend site within 8 working hours for Workstations and printers and within 4 working hours for Servers. Typically, we will attend much more quickly than the working hours specified.

We will include a full server rebuild in the event of a major crash, using your last good backup to restore the data. NB restoration of data will only be as good as your last good backup. We will cover any printer repairs, excluding consumable items such as fuser units and ink cartridges
for which we will quote if required.

You may want a fully inclusive support agreement or you may simply want a hardware repair agreement. Whatever your requirements we will cater for your needs. You may just wish to have a retainer with guaranteed fast response.
