  • Trading since 1985, Mercury Systems Engineers have a wealth of experience dealing with Microsoft Server and Workstation related problems.  Our customers have benefited from our IT Support Services, typically for 10 years or more and some for many more years.  References from our customers are available.  Customers may pay on an annual or monthly basis and contracts are valid for one year, automatically renewable

A brief outline of what we provide:

  • We offer support for Microsoft Networks and provide this in three ways: 1) Remote support using secure access products. 2) Telephone Support and 3) On Site support where problems can not be resolved remotely.   Bespoke contracts may be designed to meet your specific requirements.

  • Some customers also like regular site visits, monthly or quarterly, in order to keep their systems patched up regularly, to do Virus, Malware and Ransomware checks and to help generally with specified projects / systems problems and / or servicing of printers etc.

  • We are able to assist with Sage problems and other Accounts systems provided we have access to your support contacts.  We have experience working with manufacturing companies and their specific needs.
